I thought if I started a blog where I was anonymously honest with my followers that would force me to re assess the way I have been going about my weight loss.
This is not a "pro anna" website, nor is it even "pro diet". It is pro healthy lifestyle to achieve my skinny aspirations.

Weighed in this morning at 76kgs! Only 1.1 more and I will be in the early 70s!
Day 1. Didn’t exercise but I ate well!
Fruit salad for breaky
Chicken sandwich for lunch
Turkey and green salad for dinner!
See if I can keep it up tomorrow. And add it some cardio too.
